I am very sorry I was mistaken. It seems the key command I gave you is
actually a part of winamp.
I just tried it using windows narrator and it works.

I have just tried this myself, and have no problems with it at all
I have gone to 40:21 time , as well as tried over the hour mark by
using, 71:20, and have had winamp go to the correct times each time I
tried it.
I don't have any really long files to try this on, just a few downloaded

Not that I am familiar with this, but have you tried multiplying the
minuts by 60 to give you seconds and input that number?
