I've always used the arrow keys when Sound Forge is not playing. So I
haven't tried this. If it doesn't work for you, I doubt it would work for

I wish I did, all I know is that in sf8, while playing a track, when I press
either left arrow or right arrow, the sound jumps depending on the amount of
the zoom ratio, and also, only jumps if the "q," (loop playback) is turned on.

Hi. no SF 9 does not have surround sound as far as I know? It does
have multitrack recording which is a completely different idea
altogether. but that's what I know about that.
