I would think that shouldn't be a problem if you're already mixed down
to a stereo output.

I'd be very surprised if you can buy a drive to rip in SACD format.
It's a very specialized format. I've never even seen one for playing
such disks in a computer. I've only seen stand alone ones for stereos.
