accessible, a large part of it can be used with Jaws, Window-Eyes, and NVDA.
I'm
not sure about system access, and I don't think it's as accessible using
voiceover at the moment.

I presume that you're using a recent version of Audacity (latest version is
1.3.12).
If a track is the focus, then pressing enter toggles whether that track is
selected or not, but it has no effect on whether the other tracks are selected.
