Probably best to include seconds in that too, just to be on the safe side.
So if your show starts at 5:00 in the afternoon, put 17:00:00. In fact, I
just checked the help screen, and you do need to include the seconds.

in jack. Now hit F11 to get into your controls dialog, and control-tab to
get to the record tab. If you have it set to unbounded, you'll want to
change it to "bounded to selection" so you won't keep recording
