Razorlame does a good job of converting wave files to what ever mp3 khz
and kbps's you want. Email me off list for the program. If you download it
off the net, it comes in 2 parts and I've zipped the files in to one folder.

I am in need of recording material in MP3 format at 44,100 Hz with 128 KBS.
I have Sound Forge 5.0, an older version yes but from what I seen the newer
versions don't offer much different setting options. In fact when I try to
set a 44,100 Hz MP3 at 32 bit, when I save it, it always reverts
