Forgot to mention that you need to check the checkbox on each
form there. Use keyboard key "x" to jump to the checkbox and
press spacebar with JAWS if you cannot find it.
So, press "x" and spacebar on the checkbox, enter your email
address in edit field, and tab to the submit button.
