"What you Hear" is a Sound Blaster thing. What you want is probably
labeled "Stereo Mixer" or "Mixer".

I have a Delta Audio File Sound Card. I don't know much about the mixer pane,
and don't really need to mess with it in case I mess it up. I would like to
know if this card has a setting like "What You Hear". which some cards seem to
have.
