Thanks for your input, tim, concerning my XM receiver problem. Yesterday I
did some fooling around with things and discovered the problem is with my
antenna. I have an extra one here so I put it in the system and the
receiver worked well. So I have ordered a new antenna and a longer cable.

Before you get rid of it try wiping of the little bulb on the remote and the
radio display.
