power dvd

hi, i just purchased a dvbed burner and it came with power dvd. the first thing that it says is that it is a wijndows xp program. my question is has anyone used it with windows98se. if so did it work well. the other question is does easy cd 6.0 work with windows 98se and jfw 3.3, thanks in advan
