So, as I understand you, with GoldWave, the pitch does not change when
you increase the speed. If I am understanding you correctly, is there a
program which does increase the pitch as the speed is increased?

Can anyone tell me of any computer program(s) which can be used to speed
up or slow down an mp3? Also, for any program mentioned, can you tell me
whether or not that program changes the pitch of the mp3? I know that
