Any recommendations for sound restoration tools for Windows?

Hi all, I currently use Sound Forge Pro 11 and the free Izotope mastering tools that come with it. I noticed that Izotope have RX3 Advanced which is an advanced sound restoration system for denoising and such. It looks really good, particularly dialog denoiser, which removes hiss and other
