Hi all, I am trying to convert a 16 bit .wav file to 8 bit 8000hz pcm using
Audacity for Windows and am running into a problem. Here are the steps I take:
a. Open the file in Audacity for Windows
b. Under Tracks I resample to 8000hz
c. Under File I select Export and in the save as drop down I pick
also there is no subjects on this groups a empty subject linke totally weird

Sometimes they are too vegue. Didn't say anything about ultra cards or
anhything. Sometimes like in the case of the plextalks they get
specific, but not enough. My PTR1's rejected 3 cards already. Now I
doubt the M311 would but
