Has anyone had any experiences with any of the Bowers and Wilkins
bluetooth speakers including the t7?
if so what are your thoughts? and does anyone have any samples of their
products? Please let me know.
Price is no matter i am looking for the absoultly best out there.
I am looking into what has been brought to the table and am still looking.
That's the point: I don't know how to grab the stream's website,
rather than the site I pasted; the site I pasted of
http://tunein.com/radio/KMBH-FM-881-s32965/ is the one that doesn't play
when pasted into Tapin.

I think what you need to do (and there's no easy way for me to explain it)
but you have to go to that station's website; then bring up the stream (then
once that is up and running, you past _that_ address into Tapin! II don't
know that this helps you much, but it's as best I know to tell you!
Tom
Just to make sure, you're pasting in the URL of the_stream_ (not the URL for
the station website...right?

And then (provided it plays) go ahead and add it to your "favorites" in

Oops? That's my fault Tom. I didn't even think that this was only an audio
related list. Selectively hearing the PC part of PC Audio, I was thinking
that the list had to do with most any PC related subject. An honest
oversight on my part.
Again, sory for that.

It doesn't work at least here on my end; I paste in the address just
as I gave it on here, but nothing plays. Just to be on the safe side, I
went looking to see if I had the latest Tapin and I do. Any other ideas
to get the station to play and be able to add it to my Tapin Favorites?

simply enter the address into Tapin radio and you can listen if all goes
well. Go to the file menu, then open URL, type the url you just pasted
here in there and it should play.

Has anyone realized that a flatbed scanner has nothing to do
with audio? I'm always amazed that off topic messages often
get more response than messages relevant to the list.

I don’t recommend the a300 either. At about $1,200 it is more money
and much more scanner than what a blind end user needs. The a320 or
3800 are real possibilities.

Same here and I am quite good on the mac. I have Radium, but there is no way to
browse for stations without an initial search. Tapin Radio for example allows
you to browse by genre, country or network. Thanks for any recommendations.

Someone asked me recently if I knew a decent radio player for the Mac
(like Screamer for Windows which doesn't work on Macs).
Since I now nothing about Macs (except the ones that keep the rain off),
and people here seem to know everything, what would you reccommend?

I will be obtaining an OpticBook 4800 for flatbed scanning, as it is scans
very quickly. I would not recommend the A300, unless you plan to use it in
a learning resource centre or similar information centre. Also, it should
be noted that you will need to proofread what you are scanning, as even t
Hello All:
It would be great if there could be a handheld scanner; that way, I can move
it down the page and get the scan necessary and may be scan a book a bit

HI guys, especially experts in radio and the like: I'm trying in vain
to find the radio stream, that would allow me to program it into
TapinRadio, for the npr Radio afiliate for the Rio Grande Texas region?
Thanks in advanced for any info.

Dave,
Try the cannon range. under 100 dolars, will scan an a4 in ten seconds. The
lower in price the longer the scan time.
Optic book 3600 is also worth a look, 200 dolars for that baby, but it is quick.
