Would anyone be willing to put up a copy of the manual for this radio on

gradyt...@comcast.net ? I tried Dane's download from dropbox but I keep
getting a visual c runtime error eveytime thee pdf is formatting.
can someone please inform me why i got a message informing me that the last
three messages i've sent to this list have bounced, i haven't sent a message
to this list for god knows how long, though i continue to monitor it, i
learn a lot from this list i deleted the message as i am not quite sure
