For sure... I'm not messing with folders! I got the manual, but it's not doing what it says should happen when I follow the instructions. I'll need to still have my friend read what's on the screen. This is really Hubby's recorder anyway, so I'll probably get something like an Olympus. Nance

Ah! I suspect your mixer had dedicated turntable connections right? If that's the case then the mixer most likely had a dedicated fono stage for the turntable connections. Of course the easy way would be to connect the turntable to the mixer if you still have it, saves you buying an extra fono
