I've seen a couple online that i like the sound of, the one tha treally

The only thing that does not work is that the conversion process is
intrupted with a screen saying ABORT! When I try to get rid of this note

This can be a general SAPI trouble.
Try to check the SAPI functionality on control panel.

I just tried DSpeech after quite a long time of not using it so I'd
forgotte
Bob, I have used D-Speech for several years now. I actually created a POD
cast for its use a year or so back. But now, it somehow will not allow me
to save and change a file or article into a wav or mp3 file. I can save
as a txt but not a mp3 or wave. It gives me aabort screen and the program
hangs
This is an operating system issue and has nothing to do with
audio. Please discontinue the thread.

I hoped, too, that the box would not appear after checking "take no action. It
still does.
I've never been able to find and check a box which says "Always do the
suggested action, after checking "Take no action."

In Windows XP, how do we turn off actions when a cd is inserted.
I do not want to be asked if I want to burn a disk nor anything else when I put
a disk into a drive.
I hunted through the Control Panel and in Windows Media Player but couldn't
find anything that seemed relevant.
