Why do you assume that one person equates to everyone? In your original posting you don't mention what screen reader you're using or what OS you're running. I'd suggest including this information when you're asking for help trouble shooting problems in the future. That way you'll make it easier

You're probably looking for a dedicated ID3 tag editor, but I've found Winamp, Foobar2000 and Windows Explorer all let me edit my ID3 tags. I haven't used Windows Media Player, but I'd assume it would also let you do this and would also be accessible. BTW, I find Winamp to be the easiest of the

I sent you the following response a few days ago. Not sure if you saw it or not. What file format are you using? What do you mean by "best"? Are you looking for the best ratio between file size and quality? If not, I'm not sure why you wouldn't just use a 320 bit rate and/or the insane preset.
