Roger, that was me. But I do not know or recall how I got it other
than when I first was playing around withGW, I tried to cut and paste
an mp3. A message appeared telling me that I couldn't do it unless I
downloaded this plugin. So I said okay. It does work. The GW help
contacts are very good

not really since i can tell you that start smart is a easy place towork with
take it from a person who has been usng nero all theirlife, which is true
and the start smart in nero 8 is just as accessible as ever.

I am going to try this again. Is there a way to enable or disable a
headset without physicallly unplugging it from the computer? The reason
I am asking this is because the puck has a rather tenuous wiring system,
