Changing various configuration settings in the Winamp output plugin can cause
this. I mostly use the SQRSoft Advanced Crossfading
plugin which cross fades songs. Different parameters will apply depending on
what output plugin you are using.

He's perplexed by Winamp cutting off the last few seconds of streaming audio.
