FYI: Several good items at low prices here.
Notable is the 4GB MuVo T100 MP3 player for only
$39. This player is a successor to the Zen Stone
and functions exactly the same, has no speaker.

Yeah, but I have to agree there, though I think its a good idea. I'd
probably only post when necisary, because it would always be the same- of
course, my website is hopefully going to have some more podcasts, that is of
course, asuming it will work. Not to mention my upload speed, but that's

I'd like to see this kind of thing also. From my perspective, his would
be far more valuable than someone continually touting their own thing over
and over and over.
I've seen this individual touting on other lists and all it becomes is

I think this is a good idea but I'd like to see the idea extended
slightly so people could let people on the list know of podcasts or
online radio stations they find interesting even if the person
mentioning the podcast or station isn't involved with that podcast or

In the long-run, I agree with your suggestion,. In the short-run, let's
see how it works out.
Personally, I could care less about homebrew broadcasters as I tend to
listen to mostly mainline kinds of things. But if it helps the list
increase its critical mass of users and posters, it
