I just wanted to be able to split the songs into tracks to be played on an
mp3 disk. Can I do this in goldwave, or do I need another sound editor?

Oh boy! I've gotten many a coaster in my time and that happens to us all.
Depending on what I'm doing I usually write at speeds no higher than 24x for
data and 16x for audio.

I am experiencing a strange problem. Every time I boot up my computer I
find that the volume has been turned down to zero. As I have a hardware
synthesizer it is no problem to go into the volume controls and turn things
up to where they should be. But this problem rears its ugly head every ti

least a couple of years old. Don't seem to be many suppliers, if any, in

Judy, the Adonics machine is simple, you put the source disc to be copied in
the tray, and the destination disc below the source and the machine does the
rest. they will copy non copywrited DVD's too.
the Alesis copier just copies CD's and has buttons that you have to push to
start the copying

Hi. I did look on the Alesis site to see if they still do there quite
reasonable priced CD copier, but couldn't find it. Still, I'll take another
look.
One thing I should have said is that consumer level machines work only with
audio Cds, not CD ROM discs as used in PCs, which are cheaper.
