switch to the music position and navigate left and

I'm trying out an Olympus WS-331m recorder.
I have a lot of it worked out but am having trouble selecting folders in
music mode. It seems the folder button isn't used for this purpose in music
mode. I'm trying to get to the root folder.
Anyone know the trick?
Thanks.

Bob, sometimes, if you keep re-trying to read the disk you might be
able to see the files. Or, if you have access to another pc, that pc
might be able to read the disk.

Does anyone out there know of a program that will open up a floppy disc that
may be corrupted? I know that there is files on this particular disc, but when
I try to loaded I get the message that the disc is not formatted. Never had
this problem before. I did install the new winamp the other day.
Thanks, Arthur. Very clear directions. I solved the problem, only thanks to
you, with a different setting in Winamp's general properties by unchecking
the box that has Winamp search for updates. With that nuisance gone, I'll
keep Winamp as the default for now.

Hard drive problems are off topic for the pc audio list.
You'd probably get more help on the blind tech list.

We are talking here about 'multi-track recording aren't we? Not
multi-channel, which is what Sound Forge 9 does.
Yes, Sonar does seem to be the only choice for multi-track recording,
at least that I've heard of. $300.00 seems a hell of a lot extra on
top of the cost of JFW for access to it, but
For multi-channel recording a lot of people use Sonar from Cakewalk.
It works well with JAWS and the $300 scripts for it and many people report
good success with Window Eyes out of the box.

High James,
I ran in to that problem before.
The trick to it is, having the correct drivers for that hard drive installed
on your computer.
Does your girl friend have them on her computer?
Another thing you may want to think about, is the type of operating system
she's running.
