Maybe changing the sound output to headset in the properties of your sound
card. My head set is wireless with a blue tooth connection so one piece goes
into the headphone slot and the headset is cordless. How is your setup?

ok, when you use the nero start smart, choose audio cd, then tab there is a
check box to normalize all the tracks make sure this is checked marked. then
burn the cd as you normally would do.
