What Is This Sound?

I have been using Sound Forge for years, but the way you guys talk I need to try this one. Is it multi track? I have Sound forge 6 and with the Snowman scripts I get the ability to move through the file with the sound responding as I move. Will it do this? Does it any Daisy Creating ability?
