Very strange. I'm also on dial up, and it is still working just fine for me.
Could it be an operating system issue, I wonder? I'm using Windows XP Home,
but maybe it's something to do with earlier windows systems.

I'm coming to the same conclusion. I just figured most of my problems were
coming from the fact that I will not share files, not on dialup. I'm going
to give it a couple more tries, but have a feeling I'll be uninstalling it.

Hi Kelly.
Sorry but I haven't come across those problems with CDEx. Have you tried an
earlier version such as 1.50? I know people have reported problems with the
later versions.
Regards.

I tried that so-called fix for winmx and it just sits there trying to
connect. I guess it's uninstall time.
There's probably some hokus-pokus step I'm missing.

That's right. But if you want instead of putting 180 or even 100, before you
burn, go back one folder (so you are in my computer). Press applications,
and it should tell you your file size. If you are using a audio cd, the size
should be 806 MB.

Hey Ken,
I think it is possible. If you mean copy and paist a folder from your HD
*( hard drive) onto the cd drive you mean? It should be possible...I have
never tried. Go ahead and try it...

You can split the file with MP3DirectCut. There's a great audio tutorial

Hi,
You can always use the scheduler to turn the recorder off

Hi Ann, so does that mean that total recorder scheduler won't work with

wouldn't have included the scheduler on the standard version, if that
is the case.

If you're using Total Recorder Standard, you can't ad URL's. You have to use
Total Recorder Pro or Developer editions for that feature.
