I wonder if you can do fun things with the shuffle like the linux ipod
thing? Seems odd you wouldn't copy right to the root directory, why do you
need anapod instead of enabling access as a drive and using windows explorer
to drop files in it?

Simply start nero in the usual way and start a new compilation. Now start
