The Maximum bit rate is 320 kbps. I think if you use vbr (variable bit
rate), I heard that the floor, or minimum bit rate should be around 64 kpbs
and the maximum should be 320. I hope this helps. Maybe others will have a
different opinion. This is what I use when I have it set to vbr method
