Need Help Removing Crackles from Records

Hi, I'm trying to remove crackles and other noise from some records using the Vinyl Restore plugin included with the Noise Reduction package from Sony Media Software. When I adjust the "Click Removal" slider to around 20, the crackling is removed, but both channels start cutting in and out. C
