This is the weird thing. I can run it from a Web page just fine, I can
open the URL from Winamp just fine. I don't think it's an XP service pack
2 issue, since I have done this with no problem using Service Pack 2
before. Could it somehow be a Winamp 5.08 issue? I don't have time to test

I did it, and it came up in Winamp just like it's supposed to. The only
thing I can suggest is to go into Winamp's settings and make sure it is
still set to play .pls files.

Hello list: I've just discovered a strange problem with my Winamp; a nice
lady has sent me some music; I have "Winamp" as the player to play MP3
files. Until now, I could turn the volume down in Winamp..without turning
down Jaws. But (and here's the strange part) with another file that I
have..w
just install from the cd. I have never had trouble with a live crackling. I
wonder if it is related to the pc you are using. I have always used the
origional cd to install the drivers. I did not like the latest drivers for
my card.
