In the properties of the tracks in Nero. What I do is select the tracks from track2 to the end. Then press Alt-enter and check the cross fade with previous track option and then ok. This w2orks perfectly. To check all you need to do is press $7 from Nero before and then after this cross fading mano

Hi Hank It's not easy to select areas in a file in Diamond Cut. It may be possible with the Jaws cursor but I think not. As I've said in another email to someone on the list, I edit the file first in Cool Edit (Audition), taking a small portion of file with only the noise and loading it into DC5. I

Tim, What I did was to go to radioshack and buy a small amplifier for around $20 I think. It gave me a tremendous amount of gain, far more than I actually needed, so just set the volume control on it at a low level. The amp is powered by a 9-volt battery or you could get an AC adaptor. The

I want to create a CD that has a recording of a radio programme on it. the program is 70 minutes long. However I want to be able to create tracks that I can go to using next and previous buttons on the CD plater. I have created regions in Soud Forge and then from that created 44 separate tracks.

It was called Cool Edit Pro version 2.1 - this was recently taken over by Adobe and renamed Audition. As far as I'm aware there's no difference except for the rebranding.
