CDEX V1.51 Questions

My apologies if this has already been discussed, but has anyone been able to get the latest version of CDex to work? I downloaded and installed V1.51 on my W98SE machine, and every time I try to start the program, I get a fatal exception error. I've gone back to using V1.5 without any problems.

Here is a list of the short cut keys. raise and lower the volume on PowerDVD you have to turn on the numpad and use the dash and plus keys to raise and lower the volume. You can also use the windows application key to get at some of the menus. Using CyberLink PowerDVD with the Keyboard Function
