as to why.
I have tried to understand the colocation explained documentation but I
can't quite wrap my head around it for my situation since nothing I have in
colocation is a dependent resource.
I appreciate any help in setting me straight.

I'm not sure where the dependency loop is coming from, but I'm sure it has
something to do with my configuration and score setup.
Any help deciphering this would be greatly appreciated.
