I have a problem with a Corosync/Pacemaker configuration.
One host of the cluster has been renamed and now the host is displayed
twice in the configuration.
When I try to remove the host from the configuration it works but if
corosync is restarted on one node, the old host appears again.

Look at the order.
Master/replication VIP ist started after promote and stopped after demote.
listen_addresses = "*" means dont take care about specific interfaces, so it will listen on all interfaces not matter if they are coming up or switching down after postgres start.

Corosync is not the only software, which need shared memory, so it is part of the OS startup to provide it, not part of Corosync or Pacemaker.
And yes, it is too late to mount it in Pacemaker startup.
