Now i have updated pacemaker to 1.0.11 (debian squeeze backports) but the
problem still exist.
I think the problem is my filesystem.
My config:

It waits for a pretty long time, at least 30 seconds. The weird thing is if
I use cibadmin replace xml-file cib.xml, it¹s able to update the cib, but
if I try to replace a particular scope, it fails.

You need the plugin AND pacemake
