Hi
I'd like to know if I can configure an association btw a Change Request and
a Service.
I have the goal to manage some SLA on Change Request monthly rate for a
customer.
My assumptions (reading the documentation) are :
a) I can define a Service (say service A)
b) I can define a SLA (say

When I'll try to search for a set of Changes, and show the result, the K_1
field is never shown.
Any suggestion ?

dow, here I can modify some attributes but I can
also to cancel modification and come back into the previous screen (Template
overview) otherwise why I have a ref with cancel/close window option ?

erAgent' permission (changing the
permission to ro into ITSM Change Management ->

grant the same permission also on the 'approval' workorder.
