I want to know if I can create a ticket just for validation I mean when
I create a new ticket for an agent just I need to reply with his validation
not to let him write a text just click ok or Not ok .
There is an option for OTRS solution can solve my problem ?

administrated by administrators only so the users can't see it.
There is anyone who knows a solution or have a script?

I'm new to otrs I have otrs 3.0.7 version. So I want to know how to
limit Agent's rights I mean I want every Agent can't be able to see the
others queues of other services
*Exemple :* Agent of System Information service can't be able to see the

receive many mails for just one ticket. So I think I have a problem with my
OTRS server.

I have a problem with mail notification when The customer create a new
ticket the agent receive many mails that contain the same body 'ticket
Owner Update'.
Please I want to know what is the problem. Keep on mind that I configured
the agents of each department haven't the same rights.
