I have installed OTRS 2.4.7 and ITSM 1.3.2 on Linux Debian Vserver machine.
Everything works very well but i have some problems assosiated with cron.
I think i have not enough knowledge to make something about it – maybe
someone could help. Thank you!
Because some reasons i receive
the
identifier hook name, number or both? Any ideas how to rename hook without
breaking "the link"?

Hello,
I noticed that it is possible only to use one so-called master-state survey.
Its a small problem.
Is it somehow possible to use 2 or more active survey parellel(different
queues)?

I upgraded just to OTRS 5.0.3. It seems that when using CIAttributeCollection
then CMDB search window doesn’t work - it’s not possible to select “Additional
filters”. For example when I want to search by CI name - I can’t select by
