Hi All,
I previously installed otrs2.2.4 on an Ubuntu 8.04 server, but it
lacked imaps/pop3s support. So i removed it from my system and manually
installed 2.4.4. Took me a while, but I managed to get the perl modules
and apache configured. One thing I didn't remove was the database from
my o
yAdmin
Amazing how much looking into the error logs and Google can help solve
problems!

I was wondering, is there was a way to import a csv (containing
username,firstname,lastname, customerid, and email) to otrs's customer
database? And if it was possible to associate other data (add fields if
you will) to the customers?

a. Ratio solved within 1 to 2 response
b. Ratio solved within 3 to 4 responses
c. Ratio solved with more than 5 responses.
