I want to see all dynamic fields while creating ticket as well as while viewing
ticket details. How is this possible in OTRS UI.

I don't see any service Object in RPC.pl
We have TicketObject which can be used to create tickets
We have customerUser Object which can be used to create customers
I see Kernel:System:Service, but in RPC.pl we are not having object for it.

It worked, I had to modify RPC.pl to make this work.
Created a serviceObject of type Kernel::System::Service.

AS per documents , I only see OTRS ITSM as ITIL Compliant.
Is OTRS Helpdesk 3.1.7 also ITIL compliant ?

Actually till now we were using OTRS 3.1.7 which is not ITIL compliant.
Since we have a new requirement to use ITIL compliant TroubleTicket System, we
may need to install the ITSM package.
But I am not sure if existing functionalities may work smoothly.
We are using generic interface for webserv
for ITIL compliance then the business will have to
accept that it's going to cost them to implement it successfully.
