Hello,
Are there any gotchas to using the per-queue ticket lock timeouts on OTRS
1.3.2? I try setting the value, but tickets simply aren't being automatically
unlocked. Am I missing something?
Thanks,
Al

gers - Maybe to get rid of this confusion, the unlock
cron job should run each minute by default, or the unlock timeout should not
have sub-hourly granularity?
Thanks again,

entire OTRS system (including erasing and
re-initialising the database) during an upgrade to 1.1.3. 1.1.2 suffered
from the same problem.
The apache webserver is 1.3.28. Perl is 5.6.0. OS is IRIX 6.5.20m.
The database runs on linux 2.4.21, and is mysql-4.0.14.
Any clues would be greatly appreciat

How do I recover the system from here??
Note: The particular value I changed is documented as: SendmailModule::Host

Hi Iyad,
How would you like to measure roles?
I can see how it can be convenient if you can create a report on users
which belong to a certain role or so. Is that what you're looking for?

I have seen how to disable the sending of notifications under Admin >> Misc >>
Sysconfig.
I would like to be able to create OTRS accounts without having to provide an
email address.
Is this possible?
Please explain how, or why not.
Thank You.
