I continued with the process despite the error and now this http://imgur.com/DgCG4GN is the error I receive now. It still states otrs 4 yet I upgraded to 5 and it also states that by browser is too old. I have tested in FF,Chrome,IE and Edge. Thank you, Shawn From: otrs-boun...@otrs.org
