I want to move a new ticket to another queue, but this queue is
administrated by administrators only so the users can't see it.
There is anyone who knows a solution or have a script?

Give the user(s) the "move_into" permissions for the queue...
Thank you for your answer, but I'm new to OTRS so I don't understand very
well your solution, but I can explain again, my problem.
So I want to move a new ticket to another queue which the owner is the
administrator to send them to the responsible to validate them with OK or
Not Ok after that I wil
Renee gave the answer. Whoever needs to move the ticket to the queue needs
rw or move_into permissions to the group that is attached to the queue.
