Dear all,
I edited the sysconfig, Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ModuleRegistration, to add a
new NavBar Entry (+), and this didn't work as I thought would, so I clicked on
the minus (-) to get rid of it.
Now the Whole Tickets button has vanished - !
The only other thing I changed was the Priorit
