Julio, the error message below suggests to me that your LDAP search user isn't
authenticating. There is no problem with nested AD OUs (OUs within OUs) in OTRS

You can create a group that includes all the customers you need to search and
enter the LDAP path to the group in your config file.
That may not be the best or intended way of doing it but it works for me.
