In fact, I have changed the right of access by using "chmod" for each file, but
at the end of configuration, I got the "Software error".
Software error:
ERROR: Need write permission in OTRS home
Try: $OTRS_HOME/bin/otrs.SetPermissions.pl !!!
I tryed to reconfigure the file otrs.SetPermissions

I think you should run the script again and explicitly specify all users
(shown when script is run without any params):
[--otrs-user=]
[--web-user=]
[--otrs-group=]

I'm not getting around this problem of permission.

I have a problem, some functions of my OTRS see. 2.4.4 works perfectly, but
