Hello Hinrich, the external ID is stored in a dynamic field (if you use the ExternalTicketnumberRecognition). So you can activate that field in any dialog you want: *) First check, which dynamic field is used (SysConfig -> Ticket -> Core::Postmaster) *) Activate the field in AgentTicketZoom
