GeoMoose 3.3.1 is very old.  And the ZIP files have been moved to the unsupported directory. https://www.geomoose.org/downloads/unsupported/ I would recommend updating to the current version of GeoMoose, 3.9.0: https://www.geomoose.org/downloads/gm3-examples-3.9.0.zip https://www.geomoose.org/
