Just a comment on point 2. As I commented during the OPSAWG meeting, in the
last iteration of ietf-platform-manifest.yang, these fields have been
implemented as a reusable grouping “platform-details” in
draft-ietf-opsawg-collected-data-manifest.
I suggest to use the group

Dear Authors,
As mentioned in the session, I think this is a valid work but it needs to
better define the concept of QUIC flow first (and then better the usage of
various IEs with a flow perspective). Also, I encourage the authors to read RFC
9312.
