I think I find the reason.
ZTE PODs use URL
http://build.opnfv.org/artifacts.opnfv.org/fuel/latest.properties to fetch
latest.properties and ISO file. If use curl to download via this url, it
should add parameter -L.
And It doesn't affect PODs which use url
http://artifacts.opnfv.org/fuel/lates

I contributed a DPDK test case in yardstick. As we konw, hugepage is a
basic requirement for DPDK.
For now, I just know fuel support hugepage configuration in scenario
ha_nfv-ovs_heat_ceilometer_scenario.yaml.
But I think current configuration values of hugepage is too small and 1G

I notice that fuel@opnfv support hugepage configuration. ZTE-POD1 want to
configure hugepage with CI.
I think I need add customize attributes configuration in
dea-pod-override.yaml in securedlab.
And fuel@opnfv need create a new scenarios file for feature hugepage. Is
it right?
